Homage to the dead in the Falklands Malvinas' war

This spot is as far from the Malvinas or Falkland Islands as can be. It is the Three-Border-Mark at Puerto Iguazú in Northeastern Argentina. An organization of Argentine Malvinas War Veterans built this monument on the banks overlooking the Paraná River - straight ahead - to pay homage to those who died in the Falklands-Malvinas War. The land across the riover is Brazil. The roof you can see is on the Brazilian side across the Iguazú River and it is called the Espaço das Americas (Espacio de las Americas - Spanish) or Space for the Americas - a place created by former Paraná State Governor and former mayor of Curitiba, Jaime Lerner. The land to the left is Paraguay.
