This picture shows the rush hour crowd over the International Friendship Bridge between Brazil and Paraguay. Rush hour is anytime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. everyday with the exception of Sundays, Strike and protest days. Situation tends to be worse on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Thursday, October 05, 2006
